THE BACKGROUND

From the charity sector to operational strategy.

A career that started in Comic Relief and spanned seven years across some of the UK's most recognised charities built a foundation in complexity, competing priorities, and keeping things moving under pressure.

Since launching the consultancy in 2020, the work has focused on helping founders and CEOs simplify and systematise how their businesses operate — stepping in as the operational lead so they can focus on where they're taking the business, not just keeping it going.

In 2024, that expertise expanded into corporate organisations with the co-founding of Root and Scale Consultancy, where OBM thinking meets enterprise-level operational transformation.

More recently, that work has extended into AI. Specifically, designing and implementing agentic workflows that handle the high-volume, repeatable work that shouldn't need a human in the loop at every stage.
